HP Color Laser Jet 3550N

I'm having difficulty with a customer HP CLJ 3550N.
When it boots up the orange error light blinks constantly - will not procede to the ready state.
Indicates a 13.20 fuser paper jam & alternates with a front door paper jam. There is no paper jamed in the printer.
If anyone can help, I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks for the reply. No I have not tried a new or different fuser - that will be my final option since none are available locally and one will need to be ordered. The diagnostics on the printer shows the fuser kit is good.
But the printer just may be mis-informed.

Fuser and exit flag sensors may be very dirty.
Use service mode to test sensors. #1 when present, #0 when toggled.
You can open all doors and covers to do this.

the sensors might need a clean due to being stuck.
maybe a mix of toner and paper dust which can turn to a messy gunk.
