I reset the Printer back to Factory Default and tried printing a multipage Word document using Document Options/Layout Options/Page Order: Front to Back and yet the Printer prints it in reverse order. Any thoughts ?

Just a thought...do you have a stacker?
Are you using the stacker tray or the face down tray on the printer?
If you have a stacker do you get the same results from either tray?
Check your driver / try a different driver
I am using a stacker. When I do not use the stacker, it prints in the correct page order. When changing the default output location to the stacker, it prints in reverse order. Any ideas ?
When I print to the Lower left tray on the stacker it prints in the correct page order. The problem only exists when printing to the upper left tray.
Interestingly, the page order is correct when printing to the upper left tray with four of my other 9050N printers.
The order of pages printed is controlled by the driver...try deleting, redownloading the driver for this one straight from HP...
Hi Robert,
I suspect we would need admin rights to the desktop to reinstall the printer driver. As usual, we may be opening a ticket to do the simplest things...
