    Default HP photosmart issue

    We have an hp photosmart pinter that is connected to our family computer. when i have photoshop print out a picture on it, it comes out as a 1.5x1.5 instead of 5x5, can anyone give me some suggestions? Oh, and i put that same picture on the family computer and printed it, and it worked fine. Thanks in advance, Gavin

    Not sure if I understand you.
    On the FAMILY computer running Photoshop, output is 1.5 x 1.5.
    Same picture on the FAMILY computer without using Photoshop, output is 5 x 5.
