lexmark sc 1275 reads error 13

Hello there.

I just bought a second hand Lexmark SC 1275. It did work fine the first couple of pages but now it reads error 13 when i turn it on. It actually read storing 13 with translates to error. Any one who can help me?

no such error in the lexmark Optra sc 1275 service manual. Which doesnt mean it does not exist, but unlikely that any of us will be able help much.

lexmark attendance messages
paper jams range from 200 - 250
cartridge missing errors are 30
other attendance messages are 34-84

service errors range from 900-977

remove any/all optional equipment:
extra tray units
network cards
duplex units
envelop feeders

try powering up again. Does it go straight to that error before going to ready or does it print a couple of pages first?

I think it is a memory, or firmware error. Are you using the NIC? {network}
From a ready state, if you get there, go to diags and run any formatter tests.
