Default DeskJet D4160 - Some Lines Crooked

When I print text, there's a few lines that are crooked, always at the same position. I attached a picture to show what I mean. Does anyone know what's causing this and how to fix it?

Paper feed, may be the paper itself. What is printer usage? Clean feed rollers, and platen area.

    From all trays?
Make sure the paper guides are set rite.
    Toner cartridge could be binding.

I just bought this printer so it's brand new. This has been happening since the first document printed.

How would I clean the rollers?

    My bad.
I was on the phone and reading your text at the same time.
Thought it was a laser printer.

If it's brand new take it back.
