HP LJ 2300 says "Tray 2 Empty"

Tray 2 is full of paper. After installing a new fuser and rollers I receive this message. I have printed a test page using the manual feeder, but cannot print from Tray 2. It says that "Tray 2 is Empty" but its full of paper.

pull the tray out. on the right side of the roller is a black paper out flag, it rides on the rotating shaft. it may have moved out of position when you installed the roller. you need to tip the printer on its back and make shure it moves freely, if not you will have to take the roller back off to repostion it.

Thanks that did the trick... Now the parper will not roll through its cycle I keep getting 13.01.00 Paper Jam....

check the roller again. Make sure it's seated correctly.

if the printer is turned on and the 13 error comes up imediately,then the flag is still stuck out of position.
