LJ 2300 prints blank page after every job

I have an HP2300N which prints a blank page at the end of every print job. If I send two copies, I get two blank pages, etc. I've cleaned the separator pad & the pickup roller. I swapped the tray from this printer into another 2300 & did not experience the problem. I've gone through all of the printer settings & didn't see anything that looked like it could be causing this. The problem occurs when printing from Word, a Windows test page, & from other applications. The latest driver is installed. When I print a test page from XP, the bottom row of print is cut off. If you have any ideas, I would appreciate them. Thanks

I printed a config page & a menu map from the front panel of the printer. I got no extra pages. I will update this as I get more info. Thanks

Had a PS driver installed. Changed it to a PCL6. No extra pages now
