HP laser jet 4100N needs to beep when it prints

Hi, I am an IT tech and a client needs his printer to beep everytime a job is sent to it. He deals with time sensitive info being sent to his printer and sometimes it jams and he misses the time frame. I've scoured the internet and the only solution seems to be a $400$ DIMM card . I know alot of printers can beep when they're broken , so how would I go about accomplishing this task? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

i also had a client with this problem with a kyocera 1010 we sorted it out with a door chime laser pointed at a reflector so when paper exits it sets it off was really dodgy but worked and was cheap as there is nothing on the market desined for this issue.
