HP Laserjet 6P - Envelope Printing

I recently had the fuser replaced in my 9+ year old LaserJet 6P. Ever since then the printer will not feed small envelopes all the way through the paper path. They go part way through and stop. If I print another page it will push the envelope out. The envelopes I am using meet HP specs and worked fine prior to the installation of the new fuser. Any ideas what's wrong?

Where do the enveloppes stop?

The envelopes appear to stop about half way through. When I push them out by printing another document they appear to be OK. The toner is fused to the paper. It is just a matter of getting them to pass all the way through on their own.
