can't get rid of dots on printouts

I have a canon imagerunner c5185. it's leaving pink dots on the tops of color prints. i've changed the toner, used the clean inside unit function and opened everything up to blow out with air. i can't get the dots to go away.

Since you've already changed the Magenta (pink) toner, I suspect the Magenta drum unit is failing. We carry replacement drum units at PrinterTechs (866-352-7108).
