I have an older (2006) HP Color LaserJet 4700dn that is used by several people in my lab. It has been producing copies that have a pink hue on the entire page. It almost looks like I used a pale mottled pink paper to print on. Everything else seems fine. The black is nice and crisp and the colors are printing nicely. The magenta cartridge is showing about 1/3 of a bar, so there is still life in it. I ran a I carefully used some canned air to try to clean out the inside of the printer, but to no avail. It does seem like there is a pink cast to the transfer kit. Do I need to replace the transfer kit? Is that hard to do? Any other suggestions or ideas? Thank you!
