Please help. Machine has been working fine for 2-3 years then it started sending faxes as all black pages. I've cleaned all the scanning path items HP recommends. I recalibrated the scanner and now it copies and scans white not black. I adjusted the contrast and changed the resolution, no luck. Anyone have any ideas? We recieve faxes fine just can't send or copy i.e. the scanner must not be working.
