Hi,

I am getting this error when I try to print from word to a Xerox Phaser 6180 printer. We have two of these printers on two separate PC's. Both have the same problem and before we installed the two printers this error never appeared!

The error message is:

There is insufficient memory or disk space. Word cannot display the requested font.

When it prints, the output is like a typewriter font.

I know this might seem like a Word related issue, but even after making sure the font is Times New Roman it still outputs as a typewriter like font.

We are a college network running RM CC3 if that helps?
