I have been working on an HP 4730mfp, I have replaced the ITB twice already and the message to "replace transfer kit" does not disappear, nor does the counter reset. I have called HP tech support and with no luck the issue still remains. Any tips or advice on how to reset the counter? Any further questions, or info needed please feel free to let me know.
