At our company we have a Toshiba e-studio 2830c printer. When we attempt to network scan to a profile that was set up, the quality is very much degraded from that of a regular scan. We also have a Toshiba 2500, but the network scan works perect on it. I was wondering if there was a change to the templates I could change, or if it was a firmware issue.
