HP 5200dtn Error: "Remove paper from bin"

This message keeps recurring. I have turned the machine off/on and removed the paper, removed the bins. It will work for a while then the message will reoccur.

Normally this message refers to the output bin ... there is a flag that is pushed up when the output bin is full ... it can get stuck also...

Like CS says, Check the output bin (where the paper ends up after exiting the printer).

There should be a black plastic like bar that runs across the exit part of the printer. If you touch it with your finger...it should be free to move up and flop back down again.
