HP 4730 Prints fax from wrong tray

We have a problem with an HP Color Laserjet 4730mfp, it has been configured to print the faxes from Tray 4 (coloured paper) but faxes are still printed on white paper from other trays, the fax reports are printed on the coloured paper.
Has anyone had the same problem?

Did you configure it from the "MENU" or from the touch pad?

Print out a "menu map" and check the tray configurations

Menu is set to tray 4.
Delivery reports are printed from tray 4, that's the strange thing about it.
