41.3 unexpected paper size LJ4000

Can anybody help with a problem that I am having with a 41.3 unexpected paper size error
I already changed the feed assembly because it was not engaging, it now engages but paper stops under the toner cartrige and still shows error code.
I changed the front assembly, paper sensor right before the transfer roller, formatter board / RAM and used multiple trays. does anyoune know what could be the cause of this problem?

did you try the registration clutch? not sure about this model but replacing this clutch sloved the problem on other laserjets i have worked on.
