I have recently installed an envelope feeder which works fine with Word. But trying to print Stamps.com postage through Word the printer does not seem to recognize the correct #10 envelope. When setting up stamps.com the printer initially asks for 11X17 from Tray1 and then when printing a test envelope it asks for JIS B5 again from tray one. This can be corrected by pressing the online button until the envelope feeder is selected and then it prints fine.

Can anyone tell me how to correct this? Is this a printer problem? If so with what? Is this a Stamps.com problem?
