Need help!

I had a paper jam and I pulled it out from the front, just tugged on it until it came out. Now my printer won't print . It will send the paper thru but it comes out blank. I have tried turning off the priner and back on, restarting the computer, turning off completely and unplugging everything, but still nothing, also removed the ink cartidge and reinstalled. It is a small printer for my home-hp1310v all in one. Thanks

Katie, hold down the continue button while powering on the unit . this should give you a partial re-set.

Where the heck is the 'super moderator' when you need one?
When you pulled the jam out, did you get an entire sheet of paper. Or was a piece missing?
