Hp Laserjet 4000 Prints v slow

i have hp laserjet 4000 printer over network connected with switch ... it prints very slow about 2ppm... but when i print menu map
manually from printer it prints fast..... whats problem
1- i changed Cartridge
2. i have changed NIC
3- i replaced formater board
4- i increased memory.

It could be the driver that you are using on your computer. I would try deleting it and re-installing the printer with the PCL5 driver downloaded from HP. For some reason, the PCL6 driver tends to slow down the 4000/4050 printers.
