Getting light prints. Customer had jam and pulled it out, now getting light print. Tried new charge and transfer rollers with no effect on problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Dave

Fix
Determined that the High Voltage Power Supply was bad. Replaced and printer works fine now! David
