Default Black lines with reverse ghosting

I have a HP laserjet 2100 I replaced the fuser in a few weeks ago. Now when printing multiple sheets it starts out with clean prints but starts getting an area about 1" at the top of the page with black horizontal lines then a 3" area that prints the copy clean, but the line reappear after that and has a reverse image of the 3" area. The black lines start about 2 to 3 sheets in and start out faded but get darker as sheets prints. We've replaced toner, any suggestion of what to check next?

That looks like a toner problem. Maybe 2 bad toners or check the toner contacts in the printer to make sure they touch the metal contacts on the toner cartridge.

Thanks Jeff, after having the same problem I figured out the metal contacts weren't touching.
