lexmark 462dtn 34 short paper error

just installed a new fuser maintenance kit and the printer is still giving this error sometimes. checked the paper guide on the rear of the cassette
and it seem to be in the right position. upper cassette feed tires replaced as part of the kit. cleaned reg roller and blew out all sensors. 247,000 prints
on the printer. what now? reg clutch? nothing obstructing the paper path.

I did want to add that the registration is moving on the paper.
