hp laserjet P2015 Asking for toner after replacing toner

Need help with a hp laserjet P2015 that is asking for toner even after replacing toner.

Any help would be really appreciated.

First try putting the empty cartridge back in. There could be something wrong with the new cartridge. We have even seen a few
brand new HP cartridges with problems. Next check the springs and contacts that mate with the toner cartridge.

Hp laserjet P2015 has some board issues.. which could be the reason why you are experiencing that.. try to read on this article http://blog.marketpoint.com/2010/07/...error-message/.. where did you buy your toner? if you just bought a refill then it could also cause that prob..have you been using original hp laserjet printer toner?
