We are trying to put 2 nic cards and 2 ip addresses for an HP4350. One is connected to our network and the other DSL. Is this doable?
It is going to be pretty interesting tomorrow.
Please advise.

You would have to switch back and forth between the embedded NIC and the card by cold resetting the printer. They make a box called a Print Server that does this job for you. Don't cost much. Sorry, I have never used one. If there is a computer nearby could you share this printer and go into it from a USB cable if it has a USB port.
Let us know how you work it out! Good luck!

Sure you can do that. There are 2 EIO slots on this machine as well as the built-in NIC (if you have the 4350n), so if you inserted JetDirect cards into those 2 EIO slots, technically you could have up to 3 IP addresses / network connections per printer.
It won't hurt anything; basically because there are 3 unique IP addresses the computer & network will treat it as 3 different printers.
