Default Print queue is full message

Working with a LaserJet 2220c, locally connected. Won't even print test ppage or from command prompt. Keep getting "print queue is full" error message, although print queue is very empty. Have deleted / re-added printer; n'good. Have connect printer to another machine and can print fine. Wassup??

    You can try this:

    Go to:

Start -> Control Panel (Classic View) -> Administrative Tools -> Services.
Find "Print Spooler" on the list. Click it once to highlight it and then click "Stop".
Go to C:\System32\Spool\Printers\ and delete everything
Go back to the Services window and click "Start" for the Print Spooler.

    Try the printer.
