I have an HP 4730mfp printing fuzzy, when I print the supplies status page I could see the cyan cartridge bar under the estimated percent remaining is slightly off the bar. I did 3 calibrations, replaced the cyan toner, firmware upgrade, disabled the cartridges and any cartridge that I insert on the cyan slot becomes slightly off. Any suggestions?

Try a cold reset. I've seen this issue on every single color printer HP makes and I've seen various different things fix it, but the one thing they all have in common is calibrating after the part is replaced. I'd try the cold reset first, then run 5-7 full calibrations in a row if it is still off. I usually replace all four cartridges and then run one full calibration to fix it, but once when I didn't have any spare cartridges I fixed a 2605 by running 8 or 9 calibrations in a row. Problem never came back on that printer.
