If a wrong ip address was ended through the web interface of a printer (its ip address) and then total connectivity is lost as in you cant ping the ip it had or the ip it was changed too,( ip didnt change correctly?) how can ip connectivity be recovered? only changing it manually on the printers display panel?

At the printer's display panel is the fastest way, or try www.hp.com and search their site for HP Web JetAdmin or HP Install Network Printer Wizard software.
