    Default Customer's CLJ 9500 making wavy lines

    My customer is getting wavy lines when they print certain documents. I couldn't duplicate the problem with any of the built-in diagnostics. You can see an example of what they are getting by clicking the following link...

    The blue "DBE News" box is supposed to be solid blue. The wavy lines will continue onto blank pages as well. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Looks to me like someone superimposed a flag in the background. Check document for watermark, and or editing.

    Well, has this problem been resolved?
    If all internal pages print ok, then it is not the H/V assy.
    Update this thread if you can.
