    I'm getting the following code and blank pages when it prints.

    Bad LocId 4485

    Any Help??

    Pull out any memory sticks (not the firmware). Does it have extra added memory?

    See if error goes away.

    If its on a network, pull the jet direct and do a cold reset, put the memory back in 1st.

    If it fails after that, I'd go back to the memory. It could even be a corrupted firmware.
