What kind of printer? What kind of "nonsense text"?
If you're getting some strange characters on only one or two lines with the rest of the text blank and your printer trying to print many pages, then you probably have a driver issue. If so,uninstall your driver and reinstall with a fresh copy from your manufacturers web site.If not, then please give us enough info to try to help you.

I agree with lyig1222. What is the error message? And what kind of printer?

    Default Nonsense text

Here is what I do, as primitive as it sounds, keep in mind that I have serviced 2,000 printers and copiers over the last 24 years...

Unplug the printer, being careful that no paper is going to be in the middle of the machine when power is cut off.

Go to the printer's driver and cancel the print job.
For some reason, this may take several lifetimes (just kidding... maybe a few seconds, up to 3-5 minutes).

    When the job has cancelled,
plug the printer back in and try printing again.
I have seen this problem over and over on my computer/printer and it only happens when I do something unconventional.
