    Cool laserjet 8000n

    Having problen with machine giving 11.01 error code as well as input device condition error, has anyone seen this before. I have exchanged machine and paper pedestal and problem persist.

    Error 11; paper out error, check if the paper out flag is working and is seated correctly, have you checked the size tabs and the actuators and switches?

    Is the problem tray related?
    Do all trays give the same error?
