HP C=3150 Problems

Hey All I'm A New member of the forums. I have two printing devices both of which dont work. One doesn't because i have to purchase a toner for it ( canon fax-phone b-450)

And then there is my out of whack HP all in one . It was my aunts. It hadn't worked for a while . When you plug it in the light just blinks . I assumed putting in the driver and installing the printer would work. but on my vista the driver is too old. And on my older computer the driver doesn't show up:confused::(. Does anyone know of a driver for my printer that is compatible with vista ? or maybe if i get the driver and copy the files to a USB stick then put them into the Old computer and run them it might work ? Any ideas.
