HP laser printer 4+ series printing impressions from prev page

i see that my printer prints the impressions of first page across next few pages which goes on fading by pages & then again it starts printing impression or the contents of next page across coming pages .
this happens only at the left & right edges.
can anybody pls suggest the reason or solution.
your help is appreciated

It should be either the toner cartridge or the fuser. Most likely the fuser.
