LJ 4Plus replaced fuser

Hi,

I just got the new fuser kit from printertechs, replaced all the parts that were supplied, but the printer still jams, paper curls up, just before going into the fuser. That was the original problem, and it still occurs. I also pulled out tonner from a different LJ 4 Plus, to see if that was the problem, but same thing.
Can anyone help?

Check the drum drive assembly.
Very likely you'll see a damaged gear on the left hand side if you take out the fuser.

Replace the main drive assembly, thats what they should have provided you.

Why should they have supplied a drive assembly if he ordered a fuser kit? Unless they're psychic and people don't have a problem with items being added to their purchase orders!
