I have a 6P printer that has a 50 Service error, lights come on after shuting down, it has melted rear gears which is a sign of overheating however this printer when i obtained it from ebay it was working after turning it off and turning it back on after 15 minutes it decided not to warm up the fuser.

What can it be the DC Controller or the heater element?
Will the printer blow the replacement element?

It turned out to be a bad defective fuser element assembly on the printer, as soon I replaced the element assembly the printer worked, and also replaced the back output rollers on the fuser as well.

The DC Controller isnt faulty, it works well.

Thanks
Stuart.
