Old printer for old person. lol Printer started going haywire printing lines all over the place and no text, so and I uninstalled. Now when I use "add printer" the list that comes up does not include the 5M and I have no idea what other printer might be similar to the 5M. Running windows XP. Can't get anything to install. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks, Ronda

Have you tried going to HP web site and type in the search box 5M driver it should ask you what your operating system is before letting you download the driver.
If that does not work check the web site
