Our lab recently had to change all IP addresses due to a catastrophic admin error where all previous addresses were lost. All computers were reconfig'd okay, but when the HP 2100TN printers were reset to factory default, they came up as 0.0.0.0 -- not, as in the HP support documents, 192.0.0.192.
Consequently they are now unreachable over the net, via the Jetdirect software. Our in-house IT people have tried to re-config the printers, but have now given up.
