Please help me! :( I had a hard time replacing my color cartridge in my HP 1200 Series All-in-one, so I asked my hubby for help. He got it in, but the error light came on and said to check the cartridges. I have checked the black one, but cannot get the photo color one out of it's socket. It snaps down, but will not slide out. Any ideas?
