HP 5si error 79 service (0528)

Anyone got any suggestions for fixing a HP 5si error " 79 service (0528) ". I have not been able to narrow the problem down b/c im never arond when it happens. From what i hear its usually a misc. print job ran through the network....sometimes a email, other times from different software...nothing to really narrow it down just jet. Ill try and provide more info in my next reply, but thats all i can offer at the moment.
