5si feed, jam problems tray 2 & 3, no jam

5si give error 13.2 paper jam error when printing from tray 2 and 3, but there is no jam present. The paper don't even pickup from tray 2 and 3. When I attempt to print from tray 2 or 3 there is a squeaking sound comnig from rollers and rollers spin. Manual feed tray 1 works fine. I ran paper path test successfully from tray 2 and 3.

If the paper doesn't pickup from the trays, you will get a paper jam error. The printer doesn't know that it didn't pickup, it only knows that the paper didn't reach a sensor at the proper time, so it assumes that there was a jam.

Have you replaced the trays 2 and 3 rollers?
