Canon MP760

Hey All!

Im having an issue with my Canon MP760 printer.

We just put some refills in, and it was printing fine for a while. and now its just suddenly stopped printing black. Also, the auto head align fails.

Ive tried cleaning, deep cleaning etc the print heads to no avail. When yuo do the nozzle check, they all print fine except tank 3e. I was thinking of just giong and buying a new 3e print cartridge to see if that fixes it. But i have no idea why the auto head align fails. Ive tried the manual head align, but there are no guides to which column is which to enter in the column numbers for the manual print head align.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

I would try one more cartridge.
Sometimes when the cartridge fails the alignment will not see the cartridge at all.
Other then that the print head could be shot.
Or short in mother board.
Time to upgrade.
