This Laserjet 1200 has a continuous squeal at power on. If I remove the cartridge and power on there is no continuous squeal, but I hear what seems like the same sound for just a fraction of a second during initialization.
How do I troubleshoot and fix this? (And if I need to disassemble, can you please also give me directions for that or point me to another post with that info?)
