5p paper jam

The paper jam led is on but there is no paper jam and paper tray is all the way in. I have turned it off and reset everything bus light jam light comes back on. Any idea what may be wrong? Thanks

Check the fuser. Have you removed the top cover? The MP tray flag may be un-seated. Paper P/U assy. might have gone bad.

I would check and see if the cartridge is working as well, try another cartridge.
sometimes they give out the wrong error code for an empty cartridge or faulty cartridge.
