4300 help

I have a LJ 4300 that is making a real loud bnak or clunk when powerer on. It sounds like it is coming from the back...anyone provide any help?

PS: New fuser was installed 2 weeks ago...seems like it kinda fits a bit loose.

The 2 blue clips that hold the fuser in place are notorious for breaking, especially the left one, I would check them first.
