Hi all,
Long time reader, first time writer.
I recently purchased a Fuji-Xerox C525a Colour Laser Printer and have had problems making adjustments on the printer preferences screen. It's not that I can't make adjustments, rather that I can't read what the screen says. All of the text is in blocks and vertical lines. I have the latest drivers and software installed but to no avail.
Clicking the help button on the bottom right brings up a message saying:
C:\windows\system32\spool\drivers\W32X86\3\fxhl2z. hlp file was created for a language not supported by you version of windows.
I am running a Pentium 4, 3.2ghz, 1 gig ram, windows XP.
The printer prints just great, but I would like to be able to make adjustments for print quality etc.
I have attached a screenshot of what i mean.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
