Two Problems
1) Paper gets jammed frequently from tray 3 just as it come out, then it gets jammed underneath the toner cartridge in an accordion fashion. Page count on the printer is only 180,000.

2) Every page that prints comes out unclear due to a hazy splash of toner across the page.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hey ted,
If it's the hazing of letters replace the transfer roller (It's called hallo effect)...

Now if the paper gets jammed as it enters the fuser, the problem you have would problably be solved by Maintenance kit. The people at Printer Techs can help you there. Maintenance kit has transfer roller, fuser, and paper pick up rollers in the kit. I hope this gets you going.
