Rough paper request for Manual tray 1 HP 8000

I have an HP 8000 that is displaying it wants rough paper and waits for someone to load the manual tray 1 before it prints. Is rough paper user defined on there PC or is it a paper selection in the printer itself or the server?

Well yeah, all three! If all have admin rights to change the driver set-up, you will always have someone who is too lazy to switch things back.
Simply take away everyones rights on the print server driver and let them have to go to the unit to do special paper jobs.
