I have a HP K80 all in one printer fax copier and i am trying to fax documents with it but i receive an error on the small display screen on the machine saying "scanner failure! please power off and back on". even after i do turn it off and let it sit for a minute and then turn it back on it still comes up with the same error. please help!!
